Sealing ring of fuel tap Jikov - Viton. A truly extremely durable seal of the fuel tap for Jawa, CZ, Babetta and Pionyr motorcycles equipped with Jikov fuel valves. The new design is 2.5 mm thick, compared to the original 2 mm, which increases its durability.
Although this is a simple component, the manufacturer devoted maximum effort to its development, and various materials were tested before it was launched on the market.
The most durable rubber on the market was selected for production—a green Viton™-FKM-based compound with a hardness of 80 Sh. This material, with its high fluorine content, is exceptionally resistant to gasoline (including aggressive E10 gasoline) and oils (even refined ones), and exhibits excellent abrasion resistance.
