Handling:
We do not charge for handling unless your order is less than 1400,- CZK (approx. 50,-EUR), in this case handling is 270,- CZK (approx. 9,- EUR).

Shipping:
Shipping is calculated by the actual price list of Czech Post and depends on the weight of your order and chosen transport.

Weight of package:
Total weight of one package is limited to 20kg (44 pounds). Package heavier than 20kg total weight cannot be sent and needs to be split into more orders.

Bank order Payment:
For bank order model click "Bank order"  in your order history at www.jawashop.com/cic . You will be informed by an email when we receive your payment to our bank account.

PayPal Payment:
Please allow at least one business day to confirm your PayPal payment. You will be informed by an email when we receive your payment notification.

Dispatching:
Package is mostly dispatched to your address within 10 business days after we have received your payment. You will be informed by an email when the package is dispatched.

Satisfaction warranty:
Have not received what you were expecting? Send back original unused parts within 30 days and we will return money to you .
